Vincent G is the owner of MAXX. He is a passionate, personable, professional, high energy, service-oriented entrepreneur, husband and father who has been building businesses and relationships for 25+ years. Vincent has been featured in a variety of local media outlets sharing his experiences in real estate, design, décor and home organization. With a commitment to building relationships of trust and loyalty, he has amassed an immense database of vendors and resources across the home care and personal services industries. MAXX was born organically, and out of necessity, as the area and South Florida has grown substantially and residents needed a concierge home management company to be there when they can’t, or when they don’t know how.

Along most pristine streets of any suburb or city in America, in every home , lurks a shameful secret. The rooms we raise our families in may seem orderly and up-to-date. But behind one of those doors lies a musty space of clutter, dirt and disorganization. In 2007, Vincent Gaudioso started Innovative Garage Systems, a design, organization and fabrication company that has brought order to posh garages in The New Jersey & New York Area. The outcome of doing his garage was the beginning of this new business.

Most Garages need more than a simple clean-up, Vincent has found. “It’s not about just organizing and fabrication, “ he says. Its about understanding the potential of the space, the needs of the family and their habits. Its about beautifying with functionality, then working with the family to help them keep it that way.” It doesn’t take a lot of money to make the change, according to Vincent. It just takes vision and patience.

As Innovative Garage Systems, Vincent’s design, organization and fabricating business was growing, he was introduced to a producer that had a show on the TLC NETWORK, “Moving Up”. He thought Vincent was perfect for one of the episodes he was producing and asked him to be a guest designer on the show. It turned out to be the best experience that opened up many other doors. It was the start of many ventures and new businesses.

In Florida, and with most service-oriented businesses, Marketing and Advertising plays a big part in getting your name out in the public eye. It takes savvy writing, creative design and printed collateral. Mailers, magazine advertising and mostly word of mouth referrals are the key to our growth. Vincent’s background in the printing industry and being very creative has been a strong point in the success of the business. A big part of our future is staying ahead and on top of our advertising and marketing plan and keep his name and MAXX on the forefront of the clients who need and hire him.
